By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Production Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and any other policies published on our website.

Throughout these Terms, the words "Milk & Marrow," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Milk and Marrow Collective (Pty) Ltd.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
3. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing and photographs are as accurate as reasonably possible.
However:
- colours may appear differently depending on individual screens and devices;
- print placement and textile patterns may vary from product to product;
- slight variations in colour, texture, weave, stitching and sizing are natural characteristics of textile manufacturing and are not considered defects;
- product measurements are approximate; and
- product availability is subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or replace products, collections, prints or packaging at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. Where a material pricing error is identified before an order has been accepted, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Receipt of an order confirmation email acknowledges that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance of that order.
An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed that the order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
- suspected fraud;
- payment issues;
- pricing errors;
- stock availability;
- inability to fulfil the order; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be processed in accordance with applicable South African law.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order enters production or is prepared for dispatch.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Milk & Marrow does not store customers' payment card information.
7. Limited Pre-Order Collections
Many of our collections are offered through limited pre-order production drops.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- your item has not yet been manufactured;
- production commences following the applicable reservation window;
- estimated production and dispatch timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed;
- production may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping, production lead times, dispatch procedures and delivery information are governed by our Shipping & Production Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping & Production Policy published on our website.
9. Returns & Consumer Rights
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing contained within these Terms limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
10. Product Care & Safety
Our products are designed to perform when used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided.
Customers are responsible for following all washing, drying, storage and care recommendations.
Failure to follow recommended care instructions may affect the longevity and performance of the product and may limit available remedies where damage results from improper use or care.
Products should always be inspected before each use and discontinued immediately if signs of damage or excessive wear are observed.
Our products are not toys and should always be used under appropriate adult supervision.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website, including but not limited to:
- the Milk & Marrow name;
- logos;
- product names;
- artwork;
- illustrations;
- textile designs;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- written content;
- educational resources;
- packaging designs;
- website design; and
- branding,
is the exclusive intellectual property of Milk and Marrow Collective (Pty) Ltd or is used under licence.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold or otherwise used without our prior written consent.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems;

Milk & Marrow shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supplier failures, manufacturing interruptions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, governmental actions or other force majeure events.

Our collection, use and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
