Welcome to Milk & Marrow. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to keep things clear and fair for both you and us.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through the Milk & Marrow online store.

Orders are only processed once full payment has cleared in our account.

Direct EFTs outside the website will not be accepted unless pre-approved by us in writing.

2. Product Information

Cloth nappies are sold as a system: A cover + 1 insert (the insert is the absorbent part).

Extra inserts are sold separately at R40 each (we highly recommend you add an extra insert at night or for longer stretches)

A cover alone cannot be used without an insert, as it provides no absorbency.

3. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, nappies and inserts cannot be returned once opened or used.

Exchanges are only offered for manufacturing defects, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery, with proof of the defect.

No returns are accepted for change of mind, misunderstanding of product descriptions, or incorrect ordering.

4. Delivery

All parcels are sent via Pudo door-to-door courier at a flat rate, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your area. This is an estimate and not guaranteed.

Once dispatched, responsibility for safe and timely delivery passes to the courier.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

An item is out of stock after purchase, or

A payment was made in error before dispatch.

No refunds are given after dispatch, or for change of mind.

6. Right to Refuse Orders

Milk & Marrow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we feel it may result in misuse of our products, repeated misunderstanding of terms, or negative impact on our small business.

7. Agreement

By placing an order through Milk & Marrow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
