Refund policy

We pour care into every product, and each item is carefully inspected before shipping. Because we are a small family business, we are only able to accept returns or refunds under specific circumstances:

 

When a Return or Refund is Possible

Manufacturing Defect: If an item arrives with a proven defect, please notify us within 30 days (with photos). We will replace or refund the product.

Incorrect Item Sent: If you received the wrong item, we will arrange the exchange at no cost to you.

Unused & Unwashed Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size or print, you may return it within 14 days provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

 

When Refunds/Returns Cannot Be Accepted

Change of mind after purchase.

Items that have been used, washed, or worn (for hygiene reasons).

Sale or clearance items (final sale).

General wear and tear, damage from improper washing, or misuse.

 

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error.
