Intentional Pre-Order Model

Every pre-order batch follows a 4-6 week creation period. Once your item is meticulously crafted and prepared for dispatch, it is handed over to FedEx International Priority for a fast, fully tracked journey to your doorstep.

By producing pieces in response to actual demand rather than speculation, we honour the time, materials, and hands that bring each item to life. It is a slower, more deliberate approach—one rooted in sustainability, respect for craftsmanship, and zero unnecessary surplus or warehousing costs.

The Delivery Journey

Once your order leaves our home, please allow 5-8 working days for international delivery. You will receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey every step of the way.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the precise weight of your order and your destination.

  • Tailored Costs: Because rates reflect the actual parcel you are receiving rather than a generalized, one-size-fits-all fee, you only pay for what you ship.
  • Complete Clarity: You will see the exact shipping options and costs clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs & Import Duties

When a parcel crosses an international border, it may occasionally be subject to local import duties, VAT, GST, or other customs-related fees.

  • Local Regulations: These charges are determined entirely by the destination country's authorities and are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout. Because every nation maintains unique import thresholds and tax requirements, we cannot predict whether an individual order will incur a fee or what that exact amount might be.
  • Recipient Responsibility: If your local customs authority applies an import charge, it is the responsibility of the recipient. We ensure all required customs documentation is provided accurately with your parcel from our side.
  • Next Steps: If your package passes through customs without incident, no further action is needed. If a fee applies, the relevant customs authority or carrier will contact you directly with instructions for payment.

Assessment by customs is a standard part of bringing goods across international borders. If you wish to understand your country's specific thresholds in advance, we recommend checking with your local customs or tax office before placing your order.
