At Milk & Marrow, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read below for important details regarding delivery.

 

Courier Service

All parcels are sent via Pudo door-to-door courier at a flat rate, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your area. Please note this is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Responsibility & Risk

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for safe and timely delivery passes to the courier company.

Milk & Marrow is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused during transit.

We will, however, gladly assist you in tracking your parcel and liaising with the courier if there are delivery issues.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are entered accurately at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Costs

A flat courier rate applies nationwide, unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion or offer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our side.

 

Important Notes

Delivery times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, courier network delays).

Parcels not collected or delivered due to customer unavailability may incur additional re-delivery charges.
